Maintenance Contracts Provide Peace of Mind

When you purchase Annual or Permanent SimVenture licences you will be provided with a free 12 month maintenance and support contract. This contract covers all technical support, bug fixes, minor updates as well as advice that you might need to help you teach with the software. However, the contract does not cover major upgrades.

After 12 months you will have an opportunity to purchase Extended Maintenance cover for a further 12 month period; by doing so, we will ensure you receive free and efficient technical support. As in the first year, the contract covers all technical support, bug fixes, minor updates as well as advice that you might need to help you teach with the software. However, the contract does not cover major upgrades.

The extended maintenance contract is currently offered at a cost of 10% of your original software purchase, as long as you purchase within 30 days of the extended maintenance offer being made. If you wish to take out a maintenance contract after this point the cost will increase by 2% each month up to a maximum of 20%. Please note, extended maintenance is recommended but is not mandatory.
