The simulation is easy to use and teaches all the disciplines required to run a business, and you can learn by your mistakes without risking a penny, its also fun and very addictive to play.

How SimVenture can work for you Being so flexible, the business simulation can be used as just one element or the entire focus of an event. You can use SimVenture with a small group or involve several hundred people. Unlike some simulations, timescales for use can be fitted entirely around your programme needs and you’ll find that delegates tune in very quickly to the way the software operates. Teambuilding events typically involve delegates taking part in a SimVenture competition. Working in groups (2-5), teams have to manage their business, make decisions and deal with consequences much like they would in the real world.
